On the basis of an industrial complex of OJSC "Holding management company "Zabudova" carry out activity four factories:
- Factory of building designs
- Factory on tree processing
- Factory of a roofing tile
- Factory of building materials and products
The factory of building designs of OJSC "Holding management company "Zabudova" makes practically the complete set of building materials for the house from cellular concrete on technologies of firm HEBEL, including small blocks for the walls, the reinforced panels for walls, plates of a covering of overlapping, bar bearing crosspieces, blocks-trays for bearing crosspieces, arch crosspieces, ladder steps. Along with products from cellular concrete, the factory makes products from heavy concrete in the wide nomenclature: hollow plates of overlapping, blocks concrete for walls and cellars, a plate of the tape bases, a crosspiece from plates and bar, trays of heating mains, the bases, elements of fencings, protections, rings for walls, plates of overlapping for rings, bottom plates. At factory manufacture of elements of an accomplishment and products of the small architectural form, a tile for sidewalks is organised.
Cellular concrete - the unique building material, allowing to erect homogeneous, without additional warmings a wall in the thickness of 375 mm., completely meeting modern requirements on a thermal protection.
Cellular concrete - a highly technological material. Blocks and partitions provide high speed of building thanks to the almost ideal geometry and the big sizes (1 block replaces to 25 bricks).
Cellular concrete - a durable material. Cellular concrete from an autoclave does not burn, does not rust, does not decay, is not afraid of a mould, does not co-operate with water (it is not dissolved and is not washed away), is not subject to influence of rodents and insects.
Speed of packing from cellular concrete in 8 times above, than a bricklaying. Building and operation of the durable, comfortable stone house from cellular concrete manage much more cheaply, than at home from a brick.
The basic direction of manufacture of factory on processing of tree OJSC "Holding management company "Zabudova" is manufacturing of wooden and door blocks from a wood file. Doors and windows are offered the consumer in full factory readiness: with drawing of a protectively-decorative covering, with the established accessories, glass and packed. Colouring of a surface of joiner's products is made by means of water-soluble varnishes which are non-polluting paint and varnish materials. The factory also lets out details profile of wood (a floor board, a covering, a platband, a plinth, a hand-rail, window sills), a parquet massive and a bar wooden.
Factory production on tree processing - the high-quality, non-polluting products providing high level of comfort, meeting the most strict aesthetic requirements, possessing reliability and convenience in operation. The factory makes the modern wooden windows executed on the first class equipment which possibilities allow to make windows of any sizes, and also windows of non-standard forms and the sizes, a window architectural and difficult designs, a window with double (double-glazed window), or threefold (a two-chamber double-glazed window) glass, with one or two degrees of freedom, one-folding, two-folding, three-folding and deaf, with the povorotno-folding mechanism of opening and a filtration mode. The filtration mode allows to provide a favorable microclimate indoors. Keeping all the best that gives use of wood as the basic material, windows are made from a file, on technology which in a combination to preliminary drying of a material provides absolute protection of a design of a window against twisting and warps.
Doors are made of a wood file on the newest German equipment which possibilities allow to make doors of an optimum design: frame - deaf persons, partially or completely glazed; panel board wood from a file and panel board with use of plates as facing. Doors are made with a threshold and without a threshold.
The factory also lets out a bar wooden. Wood application is caused by its doubtless advantages in comparison with the integral. We will allocate the cores from them:
1. High quality of a surface. It is caused by that knots and defects are cut out, preparations steal up on colour, a structure. Therefore products from this wood have a faultless appearance. That is we regulate quality of a surface of a material according to building requirements irrespective of initial raw materials of round wood.
2. Stability of the geometrical sizes. Unlike integral this wood keeps the form and the sizes eventually. She does not take seat, is not braided and not bent. It is caused by absence in this wood of internal pressure, and also that it is made of preliminary dried up raw materials.
3. Durability. Durability of designs from this wood on 50-70 % above in comparison with integral that allows to apply flights and the dimensional characteristics inherent in other building technologies in modern wooden housing construction.
The factory of a roofing tile of OJSC "Holding management company "Zabudova" makes complete sets on a roof of a cement-sandy tile: grooving (basic), pediment, for the fad, vague and special (a checkpoint, for the feet, detaining snow, ventilating).
For improvement of appearance and increase in service life the tile becomes covered by a polymeric water-repellent paint with special additives. They protect a tile from such lacks, as fading, a mould and the rotting peculiar to other roofing materials. It is cement - the sandy tile is reliable, it is steady against flaws and hurricane, is well ventilated. High quality, low cost and durability of a tile allows to minimise expenses under its maintenance.
In comparison with traditional roofing materials the tile possesses a number of advantages:
- Durability. Use of initially durable natural materials (sand and cement) and a high degree of quality of a tile of manufacture of factory provides service life more than 100 years that is equal to building service life, a warranty period of operation of a tile of manufacture of factory - 30 years.
- Profitability. High quality, low cost and durability allows to minimise expenses under the maintenance of a roof during all service life.
- Ideal protection against climatic influence (a rain, snow, a wind, an irradiation, etc.).
The roof from a cement-sandy tile is reliable at the expense of optimum weight and a way of fastening, it is steady against flaws and hurricane, is well ventilated, the Small format of a tile and a scaly method of packing compensates effect of thermal expansion of a roof, i.e. does not change the geometrical sizes at sharp temperature drops.
- Good sound insulation from arriving from out of and created in a building of noise and sounds.
- The colour scale and the wide nomenclature of additional elements is rich allows to provide installation of a roof of any design and to give it architectural expressiveness.
The tile has wide colour scale: red, brown, light brown, green, yellow-orange, black, grey, etc.
- Simplicity in installation and operation realisation. Roof system together with system from the reinforced cellular concrete and dormer-windows allow to use garret space as high-grade premises. In all houses constructed by factory, there are penthouses:
- Ecological compatibility. In a cement-sandy tile there are no cancerogenic substances, for example, asbestos. Asbestos application in building materials, including and roofing in all developed countries is forbidden. Hit of a fibre of asbestos in respiratory ways of the person causes such disease as a cancer of lungs.
Thanks to the excellent aesthetic properties, a variety of additional elements, reliability and durability in operation can name a factory tile by right one of the best and cheap roofing materials for today, and a roof with use cement-sandy – one of most economically effective.
The factory of building materials of OJSC "Holding management company "Zabudova" includes manufacture of dry building mixes, ground not slaked to exhaust, the high-strength plaster knitting.
Thanks to updating by polymers mineral dry mixes on such properties as durability of coupling with the basis, water deduction, water-repellent effect ability to drying after humidifying, the minimum propensity to formation of cracks radically differ from traditionally used before soluble mixes. The modified dry mixes allow nonconventional way to solve a problem both at new building, and at reconstruction and building repair. In comparison with the solutions prepared directly on building object, or with solutions of factory manufacturing the modified dry mixes considerably raise quality and level of civil work at the expense of stability of structures and effective mixing: raise in 1,5-3 times labour productivity depending on a kind of works and mechanisation:; reduce in 3-4 times of an expense of materials for works; simplify supply work, warehouse operations, etc.
At factory following mixes are issued; plaster, for internal and external works, glutinous for facing works, repair, assembly, glutinous, for self-levelling bulk floors, a mix for internal plaster and repair work, for waterproofing works, for thermal rehabilitation of buildings. Dry mixes for carrying out of plaster works inside and outside of a building are issued a different impressive surface: "smooth", «under a fur coat». The basic distinctive feature of the dry mixes which are let out by factory, inclusion in structure of mixes of the hydrosilicate additive to 30 % is allows to raise properties of operation of a material at the expense of creation of a strengthening skeleton, to reduce sedimentation capacity, to raise steam permeability of a solution, to lower cost, to improve a laying of a solution and to reduce its heat conductivity. All these indicators render a positive effect by manufacture of works with dry mixes of manufacture of factory.
