Ambassador: Belarus mulls to float eurobonds, conduct IPO in China
Belarus is pondering on the prospects of floating sovereign eurobonds and holding IPOs in China, Belarus’ Ambassador to China Viktor Buria told reporters Tuesday.
“We are exploring the prospects of floating eurobonds both in continental China and in Hong Kong. In both cases there are serious and reliable companies, which are ready to provide assistance,” the ambassador said.
Also, a few undisclosed Belarusian companies are making preparations for holding an IPO in China, Buria said.
