Lithuanian Railways cut tariffs on Belarus’ construction materials shipments to Kaliningrad
The Lithuanian Railways have accepted the initiative of Belarus to offer seasonal reductions on shipments of Belarusian construction materials to Russia’s Kaliningrad Region.
Effective from July 23 till December 31, 2012, reduced tariffs shall vary from 5% to 15%, depending on the type of construction materials.
Transportation tariffs on macadam and bricks shall be reduced by 5%, with a 15% reduction applicable to shipments of ceramic tiles and cement.
