Ekspress Grupp increased sales by 8.5% in May
Estonian publishing group AS Ekspress Grupp announced that its sales in May 2012 increased by 8.5% compared to the same period previous year.
The online media segment increased by 16.1% 1.077 million euros. All Delfis across the Baltics contributed relatively equally to the growth, writes LETA.
Ekspress Group was particularly pleased with the periodicals segment which showed 8.4% better result compared to the same period in 2011, 2.351 million euros. The growth was supported by successfully launched Estonian movie classics DVD series (in conjunction with book sales) which has increased the single copy sales of Eesti Päevaleht. The advertising revenue of the periodicals segment grew by 5.8%.
The printing services segment increased the sales by 9.6% to 2.679 million euros. Both export, as well as local sales contributed to the growth.
