Name Certification of works and services
short description RUP Stroytekhnorm issues compliance certificates for products, works and services in construction.
full description The list of documents and/or data one shall submit to RUP Stroytekhnorm in order to implement an administrative procedure:
- an application to carry out certification;
- a foreign certificate of conformity (if one needs a Belarusian certificate based on the foreign one approval);
- a certificate of conformity for quality management system (if one intends to certify products manufactured at a company having its quality management system certified);
- test protocols for products carried out at certification applicant’s lab or at accredited test laboratories (if one intends to certify products manufactured at a company having its quality management system certified);
- test protocols for products carried out at certification applicant’s lab or at accredited test laboratories (including those beyond the Republic of Belarus), or a certificate of conformity for similar products (including foreign ones), or a certificate of conformity for the quality management system (including foreign one), or manufacturer’s declaration of conformity of products to the requirements of the EU safety directives during the certification of small consignments.

Terms of administrative procedure implementation: not exceeding 3 months for certification of works and services in construction which requires checking performance and controlling the quality of works and services rendered.

Validity of documents issued after administrative procedure implementation: 5 years.

RUP Stroytekhnorm invites to carry out voluntary certification of the following construction-assembly works:

* mounting prefabricated reinforced concrete structures;
* mounting wooden structures;
* erection of monolithic concrete and concrete structures;
* mounting steel engineering structures;
* roofing arrangement;
* heat insulation of building and structure enclosures;
* mounting internal installations of buildings and structures;
* protection of engineering structures and facilities against corrosion;
* mounting light-frame building envelopes;
* isolation works;
* finishing works
