The factory on processing of tree Open Joint Stock Company "Zabudova" makes the modern wooden windows executed on the first class equipment which possibilities allow to make windows of any sizes corresponding to requirements СТБ 939-93, and also windows of non-standard forms and the sizes, a window architectural and difficult designs, a window with two-chamber double-glazed windows, with one or two degrees of freedom, one-folding, two-folding, three-folding and deaf, with the povorotno-folding mechanism of opening and a filtration mode. The filtration mode allows to provide a favorable microclimate indoors.
Keeping all the best that gives use of wood as the basic material, windows are made a file, on technology which in a combination to preliminary drying of a material provides absolute protection of a design of a window against warps and twisting. Besides, for protection of a window against hit in a moisture, on the bottom belt of a box the aluminium lath for water outflow is established. For product improvement on shutter perimetre the sealant (installation of the second row of consolidation is possible) is established, and double-glazed windows and additional glass are filled with silicone hermetic.
Designs of windows and balcony doors provide:
- Resistance to a heat transfer not more low R=0,6 м2 With/vt (an unary design) and 0,7 м2 With/vt (the coupled design);
- Sound insulation Rа = 30 дБ in the closed mode, 20 дБ in an airing mode (an unary design); Rа = 30 дБ in the closed mode, 19 дБ in an airing mode (the coupled design). |
