The roof from a cement-sandy tile serves people throughout several generations, it does not rust from a moisture, even sharp changes of temperature and polluted air sand and painting pigments, a polymeric water-repellent component with special additives which provide full protection of a tile against the lacks inherent in other roofing materials – corrosion, fading, rotting, a covering a mould cannot spoil appearance of such roof which basic components are cement.
The roof from a cement-sandy tile is ideal protection against climatic influences (a rain, snow, a wind, an irradiation etc.), it is reliable, for the account of optimum weight and a way of fastening it is steady against flaws and hurricane, is well ventilated. The small format of a tile and a scaly method of packing compensates effect of thermal expansion of a roof, i.e. does not change the geometrical sizes at sharp differences of temperatures.
