According to the Main Statistics Department of Grodno oblast, at the end of 2008 route miles of general purpose amounted to 648.7 km, 22.6 km of which are electricified railways of general purpose. Grodno oblast's highways of general purpose totaled 12,909 km, 11,742 km of them are hard-coated. Route miles of tram lines (in two-way terms) totaled 40.6 km at the end of 2008.

According to the Mogilev Region Statistical Administration, 751.8 bn. BYR were allocated for the construction of dwelling houses in January-November 2009. Total area of dwelling houses commissioned made 534.4 thous. sq. metres. Comparing to January-November, 2008 housing commissioning grew by 153 thous.sq.metres or 40.1 percent.

The Mogilev oblast milk production grew from 638.1 thous. tons in 2008 to 686.7 thous. tons in the year 2009. However, the Mogilev region milk production was growing more slowly than in the country on the whole. If milk production in Belarus climbed 108.4% and in some oblasts e.g. the Brest oblast it grew 110.3%, than in the Mogilev oblast the production growth made 107.6%.

According to Belstat, over January-September, 2009, 153,559.2 tones of cattle and poultry in live weight were sold in the Brest oblast, or 9.8% up on the similar period of 2008. The leader in selling poultry and cattle became the Baranovichi raion throughout the oblast in this period of time, and it made up 40,757.5 tones (11.7% more than in 2008). Brest and Kamenets raions showed big volumes of sales as well, with 19,307.8 tones (11% up on 2008) and 8,730.2 tones (4.4% up on 2008), respectively.

As of October 1, 2009, according to Belstat, the total area subject to harvest vegetables totaled 2,123 ha, 58.6% of which were gathered. The leaders in vegetable harvesting of the Brest oblast became Stolin and Kobrin areas, with 583 ha and 330 ha, respectively.

In 2008 private trade in the retail trade turnover occupied 78.5% (4 199.8 billion RUB.), of which consumer cooperatives was 585.4 billion RUB. State trade occupied 18.5% (990.6 billion RUB.) of the retail trade of Grodno region, foreign trade - 3% (161.1 billion RUB.).
