    In 2007 the average price for «Emmental» firm cheese in the market of Germany (Kempten) was established on the mark of 3,84 euros/kg. And if till September, 2007 the prices were below the average index per year and varied from 3,5 euros/kg to 3,7 euros/kg in October considerable jump of the price - on 17 % to 4,6 euros/kg was observed. Throughout the next half-year the price didn't practically changed.
