The ITT will contain both technical specifications and user requirements detailing the scope of the Applications Software requirement. The Tender Evaluation Criteria will broadly reflect Tenderers' ability to respond to these requirements .
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 2 000 000 and 3 000 000 GBP.

No contact is allowed with any officer or staff of Lothian and Borders Police and its partner organisations ,other than those persons named in this Notice.Primary Evaluation is MEAT.This contract may also be used by other Police Forces/Authorities and other public agencies and other bodies in the UK. The Price /Quality ratio will be 50 / 50.The Contract will initially be of 3 years duration. Thereafter it will be reviewed annually up to a maximum of a further 12 years from the end of the fixed period of 3 years .

This period allows unsuccessful Tenderers to seek further debriefing From the Contract Authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have A 2 - working day period from the notification of the award decision to request Additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 Working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such information Should be requested from the contract point include in part 1.1 of the Contract Notice .Ian appeal regarding the award of Contract has not been successfully Resolved, the Public Contracts [Scotland] Regulations 2006 allow for firms To take action in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session. Any such action must Be brought promptly [generally within 3 months]. Where the Contract has not Been entered into, the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision Or order the Authority to amend any documents and the court may award damages. If the Contract has been entered into the Court may only award damages.
