II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope:
The Council is seeking suitable Suppliers to provide Electrical Materials and associated accessories to the Building Services Department.
The Suppliers will be responsible for the Supply & Delivery of Electrical Equipment & Accessories to one of the Building Services three "in house" stores based in Huddersfield, Heckmondwike and Thornhill. Should Building Services be successful in winning business in other areas of West Yorkshire, the successful tenderers may be asked to deliver direct site.
The Framework Contract is for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend the 3 year period by up to a further 12 months.
Applicants will be supplied with a Pre Qualification Questionnare which must be completed and returned by 12 noon on 5.10.2009.
