According to Canadian Dairy Information Centre (CDIC), for the 1st half-year of 2010 cream and dairy cream sales in the country (except from Newfoundland and Labrador) made 136.54 million litres or 48 percent of the previous year’s sales. The sales of products under investigation by Canada’s regions are depicted on Fig. 1.

According to the Canadian Dairy Information Centre (CDIC), total imports of dairy products made 444.07 mln. С$ (CAD). That was С$33.31 (9.08%) mln. lower than the level of 2008. In physical terms the volume of imports shrank by 4.97 thous. tons or 4.84% as against the year 2008 and totaled 97.77 tons.
